Chimpexpress won't allow me to compose email on Wordpress

Hi Support,

Can you please help me. I downloaded the Chimpexpress plugin on my Wordpress but it doesn't work right. When I try to Compose an email on Chimpexpress in my Wordpress that will go on to my Mailchimp account and I hit the NEXT button, nothing happens. I hit Compose, enter the fields, hit next and Nothing happens. Why is this this?

Hi Steve,

Sounds like a javascript error. Do you have Firebug for Firefox installed? If so please open the firebug console and load the compose page in ChimpExpress. Does it show any error messages?
(In Chrome press Shift + Ctrl + J to open the javascript console. Other browser also have some kind of error console but I can't describe them all now. Google will help you to locate them.)

Thanks for your fast response. In the Chrome Java script console it says:

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'go'
Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'colorbox

On Firefox, when I hit compose, firebug says:

tinyMCEPreInit.go is not a function
[Break On This Error] tinyMCEPreInit.go();
admin....Compose (line 272)

$("#preview_image a").colorbox is not a function
[Break On This Error] $('#preview_image a').colorbox();
admin....Compose (line 548)

I'm having the same issue. Any update to fixing this? I'll add that I don't get any JS errors. Absolutely nothing happens.

I can't reproduce this behavior on our servers. Could you send me an admin login and ftp credentials to your site? Then I would be able to debug this error. pete@freakedout.de
