Can't move past step 1 in Compose was created by ktkl

I've connected my MailChimp account and my site, my templates and lists load in the dropdown menus, but nothing happens when I click "next." I see in the demo video that the step numbers appear above the content of the pages. I only have a 1 - no other steps/numbers, just the arrows. I am running 1.6.2 on WordPress version 4.1.
