API key inserted correctly, but ChimpExpress says "please connect"

Hi there!

We've recently downloaded and installed the plugin and succesfully installed it on uor clients website.
We made an API key and inserted it into the ChimpExpress settings, it then says "Evrything's Chimpy!" but it doesn't show a username. When we want to use the plugin it says "Please login to your MailChimp account" at the top of the page. What is wrong with this installation?
