JS Error preventing template retrieval

1. Install MailChimp.
2. Enter API
RESULT: API checks out
3. Enter FTP information
RESULT: ChimpExpress indicates success
4. Click on Compose
RESULT: Spinning gif and "Retrieving templates and lists ..."
EXPECT: List of Templates
5. Open JS Console
RESULT: Error "Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'sortable' from file "verve-meta.js"
EXPECT: No error in console

Is there a fix for this?

The file verve-meta.js belongs to another plugin. You need to ask the developers of that plugin for a fix. It is not related to Chimpexpress.

Removed the verve plugin, but the problem persists. The JavaScript error was probably a red herring. What isn't working is the "Retrieving templates and lists" portion of the "Compose" page.
