Wordpress 3.3.1 update broke the plugin

There is definitely something wrong with your ChimpExpress installation. It should be installed in the folder "chimpexpress" and not "chimpexpress 2". Maybe you have installed two instances of it somehow and WordPress renamed the folder to "chimpexpress 2". I recommend to uninstall it and install it again. Your hack might seem to work but you will run into further problems.
